My family makes me so, very happy.
The boys LOVE hanging out with their grandparents and aunts and uncles. Its safe to say they'd be ecstatic if we all lived on the same street.
I feel so blessed to have my two sisters. Its one of the reasons why I feel like my guys are lucky that there are three of them. Lindsey (and Jason) live six hours away in Virginia. Dana (and Brad) are about to move to China, a zillion-trillion hours away. It makes afternoons spent in the driveway or evenings spent outside eating homemade pizza all the more special. Wish I could bottle those moments up.

Thankfully my parents are just under three hours away. Would prefer three miles, but we'll take it. :)
Here's a little movie of our Saturday afternoon. I set up the tripod so that we could get some family shots. I already cherish them. They make me smile. And laugh. Love them.

what jealousy do I feel! Your family is "picture perfect" in so many ways...they're HOT...they're active...they're fun...they're close...and they love each other...I'm livin' vicariously!
What great family pictures! don't they just make you so happy!?
JUST FOR THE RECORD (for everyone who reads comments like I do) Brooke asked me to try to DUNK the basketball... which is why I'm doing that weird jump thing with the ball in the video and keep missing. I would certainly have better form if I were actually shooting the ball, 394729lb belly and all.
aw dana looks so cute :) what great family shots. i need a tripod asap. can't wait to show kate the video when she wakes. i love what you said about family/sisters/parents, etc.
How much do I LOVE pregnant Lindsey! Adorable!!!!

oh oops. got your sises mixed up sorry. lindsay (but dana too) looks so cute. just watched the video. key moments: mike yanking dogs tail to get him in the picture and lindsay playing ball. ps where can we get bubble wands? need them ASAP for thomas the train weekend. also looked at lindsay's blog and saw the ultrasounds (teared up for some strange reason), but cannot believe how clear! Brooke! you're gonna have a niece. i love it.
aw your family is perfect brooke! such great pictures which will turn into priceless memories. family is GREAT!!!! i so wish mine were close to charlotte :-(
the family pictures are awesome. looks like such a fun and easy weekend. can't remember the last time we had all the aunts, uncles, and gparents together. and i love that idea from peggy's family to watch the year's videos on christmas eve--that sounds like a great tradition. good for you for keeping it up. that old film effect at the end of the video was cool--another imovie thing?
