I have kinks to work out. Right now, I have so many pics in the gallery section that it might take up to several minutes to load. Would love your feedback - how long did it take? It took my MAC 5 seconds (which is too long) and Mike's PC several minutes (which is insanely too long).

congrats on getting your website up brooke!!! looks GREAT! it took me 8 seconds to load. are you uploading full resolution pictures?
the website loaded in just a few seconds for both jonathan and me. it looks awesome! such a clean and sophisticated look. i like the version of your logo that you chose for the banner. everything is so well written. can't believe you got this going already!! so the size of your photos on this website--does that template help you with that?

oh holy cow! I thought we wouldn't see this for another 2 months! congratulations Brooke...you "arrived" months ago and now you are completely established! took me 1.5 seconds the second time and maybe 3 seconds the first time i entered the site and thats with the gallery fully loaded. the photos are gorgeous and i love the layout/design/content...love that your boys are in the gallery...i really don't think the load time is terrible...want to hear if you love wordpress over blogspot...overall it looks decidedly PROFESSIONAL! established i say!
I just want you to know that I'm going through this post by post. word for word. Have had fam in town/holiday stuff. I CANNOT WAIT to curl up with the new blog and a glass of wine. BUT at first blush it is all that I dreamed it would be and much much more. i did glance at the "about me" and could tear up about it/ so glad you included the emotionally perfect bit. Ok more later. 1. Seemed to load fine...I didn't feel like I had to wait for anything (and I confess I don't know what the gallery is...is that the header that changes pictures every so often?)
2. LOVE all your personal touches and your spirit shines through the site in each section. The "about me" and "what to..." sections are perfect. And I did notice you mentioned "weddings" in your pricing section...really??!! You are big time, girl!
3. Can't believe your "touch" will be admired by hundreds (thousands?) this Christmas via all of the great family and did shot you did for Christmas cards. AMAZING isn't it??
