{by the way, i edited these pics quickly so the style is all over the place. hope you don't get dizzy. better something than posting them a month from now. or never.}
We poked around a nearby greenway and found this stream. Made me feel like Mom to a bunch of Huck Finns.

We picked weeds and made wishes (for trips to disney every time).

I tried to get one cute 'group' shot. You know, something I'd print & frame. Just really love for a long time. Really? Why do I bother.

We ran up and down some wooden steps.

And we went fishing in the lake (puddle).

Another attempt at a group shot. Can you tell my boys detest posing for me?

{i did think it was cute/funny that miles came up with the heart gesture over g's head}
thank goodness we'll have one more session w/ hope bray photography in may before she moves. its just pointless for me to think i can ever get "the shot" myself. :) it was still MUCH fun. LOVING spring!!

{PS shout-out to miles fun shirt by trish -- the guitar has his initials in it. he wears it several times a week these days}

yay spring! so what's with trish and the cool shirts!? it's hopeless to pose our own kids...you are so good at letting them have fun despite the fact that you soo want that perfect shot...i would be bribing up and down and left and right!
btw...griff "fishing" far away in the puddle...really cooool
love noah's "come on mom" faces - and miles looks so old! ... also digging the t-shirt! way to go trish!
so where is this beautiful park or greenway? i love all of the different edits. :) esp love "the pond" pictures.
when i look back at all of the crafty kicks i've been on (incl. the shirts) i just have to laugh. glad they're enjoying them. my nephews and your boys were all spared the handmade by trish item this year, just didn't have a new trick i guess. :)
Loving the edits...especially the sepia backgrounds with color kids. How.do.you.do.that?
the creek, yes! would you believe it really never dawns on me that we have that in our own backyard until you mentioned it. what's wrong with me?
love the color in the dandelion shot with noah and noah's face kills me in those. loved doing bubbles with him the other day. he seems so thoughtful.
love the very first one too and the railroad track one with boys in the distance.
Wish I had known you were there - we would have stepped out to say 'Hi!'. That's our neighborhood and we are on the next cul-de-sac down from the wooden steps area. Neat!
Great shots as always!
I'm insanely jealous of your spring weather. We had 10 inches of snow on Friday, and while that is melting, we still have piles of it in the yard! We had one day of beautiful, 60 degree weather, and today it is 35. I can't wait to get outside with the kids and soak up the sun!
