My friend, Anne, recently introduced me to the fun photography blog, i ♥ faces. Each week the site creators host a photo contest and invite a guest judge to vote on the winners (this week's guest judge is the Pioneer Woman...wowza!). The theme this week is "laughter" and I immediately thought of this picture of Miles and Noah and their cousin Mason, curled up and laughing in their grandfather's arms. It was a spontaneous, special moment and each time I look at the picture I smile and tear up at the same time. Precious.

seriously, i love this photo. and i love that you converted it to b & w. i mean not to be sentimental but it really is what life's all about...laughter, love, relationships. what a great first entry and it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see this posted on saturday's winner's circle!
i'm glad you've done a post about that website you're always telling me about--i finally went to check it out and it will definitely be a regular hit for me. it will be great for ideas and inspirations. and what a great photo for 'laughter'. how cool is that to have PW judge your photo?!
